Frank received his BA in Psychology from Assumption College in Worcester, MA and his JD from New England Law in Boston, MA. Shortly after receiving his law degree, Frank launched his own law practice in Fall River Massachusetts and has been practicing since 1997. He is now a member of the New York State Bar.
